The problem
My old site was built with Lovable about nine months ago. It looked fine, but an animated background fought with the content, the same facts showed up in three places, and what I'd built barely appeared.
What I built
A site that answers three questions in ten seconds: who I am, whether the work mattered, and whether I can build. Projects and case notes live in Markdown files, so adding one never means touching code.
How I built it
Before writing any code I looked at more than a dozen personal sites from PMs and designers, then wrote a plan: a site map, the content for each section, an interaction spec, and rules for what can and can't be shown from my day job. Then came the design for every screen, reviewed in light and dark, on desktop and phone, and only then the build.
What's next
- Add real screen recordings for each project
- Launch on my own domain
